As of December 2024, 70.96% is owned by Promoters and 29.04% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 45.54% and Foreign Promoters holds 25.41%.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Jindal Hotels company are Piyush Daudayal Shah (11.99 lakhs shares / 17.13%), Synergy Varieties Private Limited (11.29 lakhs shares / 16.13%), Chanda Piyush Agrawal (8.65 lakhs shares / 12.36%), Riser Holding Private Limited (6.50 lakhs shares / 9.29%) and Shagun Kunal Mehra (4.64 lakhs shares / 6.62%).
