As of December 2024, 63.16% is owned by Indian Promoters and 36.84% by Public.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Swiss Military Consu company are Anushi Retail Llp (1313.21 lakhs shares / 55.66%), Ashok Sawhney Foundation (95.00 lakhs shares / 4.03%), Pankaj Shrimali (48.47 lakhs shares / 2.05%) and Madhuri Shrimali (33.37 lakhs shares / 1.41%).
