The meeting commenced at 12.15 p.m. and interalia the following decisions were taken:\r\n\r\n1. Adoption of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024.\r\n\r\nThe meeting concluded at 12.50 p.m.\r\n
