As of December 2024, 45.18% is owned by Indian Promoters and 54.82% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Vivid Mercantile company are Satishkumar Ramanlal Gajjar (406.45 lakhs shares / 40.54%) and Geetaben Satishbhai Gajjar (46.54 lakhs shares / 4.64%).
