Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of HIM Teknoforge company are Rajiv Aggarwal (9.90 lakhs shares / 11.24%), Vijay Aggarwal (8.45 lakhs shares / 9.59%), Vinod Aggarwal (6.40 lakhs shares / 7.26%), Globe Precision Industries Pvt Ltd (5.88 lakhs shares / 6.67%) and Asha Aggarwal (4.93 lakhs shares / 5.60%).

Out of 42.17 lakhs shares, Promoters of HIM Teknoforge Company has over 24.52 lakhs (58.14%) shares on pledge as of December 31, 2024.
