As of March 2025, 51.69% is owned by Indian Promoters and 48.31% by Public.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Raunaq International company are Surinder Paul Kanwar (14.67 lakhs shares / 43.87%), Gulab Merchandise Private Limited (1.45 lakhs shares / 4.33%) and Vibrant Reality Infra Private Limited (Formerly known as Vibrant Finance & Investment Private Limite (1.17 lakhs shares / 3.48%).
