In continuation of our intimation dated 12/12/2024 under the subject \Scam Alert / Beware of Fraudulent Activities in the name of the Company\ and intimation dated 14/01/2025 under the subject \Outcome of Board meeting held on January 14, 2025\, we would like to inform the general public at large that a complaint has been filed on National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal against such fraudulent activity / Scam being conducted by some unknown person or group, using the name and logo of the Company on their unauthorized platform through unknown channel, links, social media platform etc.\r\n We again reiterate that the Company has no association, connection or involvement with the aforesaid platform or any such activities in any manner and it has never initiated any such scheme etc. \r\nCopy of the Complaint along with its acknowledgement is annexed herewith.
