Board considered and approved the appointment of Ms.Sakshi laddha, (M.No:- A75612) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement)2015, with effect from 17th January, 2025.
