As of December 2024, 71.51% is owned by Indian Promoters and 28.49% by Public.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Ashnoor Textile company are Suneel Gupta (51.63 lakhs shares / 32.40%), Sangeeta Gupta (37.33 lakhs shares / 23.43%), Abhinav Gupta (15.86 lakhs shares / 9.95%) and Noor Gupta (9.12 lakhs shares / 5.73%).
