1. Allotment of 23,23,70,539 Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 2.00/- each on a Rights basis to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company at a price of Rs. 2.00/- per equity share in the ratio of 1:3 i.e. 1 Rights Equity Share for every 3 Fully Paid-Up Equity Shares held by the eligible equity shareholders on the Record date, i.e. 19th December, 2024.
