As of December 2024, 74.00% is owned by Foreign Promoters and 26.00% by Public.

Institutional holds 8.85% (Insurance Companies 1.25%) and Non-Institutional holds 17.16% as Public shareholders.

Top Promoter holding highest number of shares of Goodyear India company is Goodyear Orient Company (Private) Limited (170.69 lakhs shares / 74.00%).
