As of December 2024, 50.68% is owned by Indian Promoters and 49.32% by Public.

Institutional holds 5.65% (Insurance Companies 0.39%) and Non-Institutional holds 43.66% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Jayshree Tea company are Jayashree Finvest Pvt Ltd (66.69 lakhs shares / 23.09%), Jpm Merchandise Agencies Ltd (61.14 lakhs shares / 21.17%), Mrs.Jayashree Mohta (11.06 lakhs shares / 3.83%), Birla Education Trust (3.14 lakhs shares / 1.09%) and Century Textiles And Industries Ltd (3.00 lakhs shares / 1.04%).
