As of December 2024, 70.80% is owned by Indian Promoters and 29.21% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of India Lease company are The Motor & General Finance Liited (46.09 lakhs shares / 31.35%), Bahubai Services Private Limited (17.79 lakhs shares / 12.10%), Ram Prakash And Company Private Limited (17.42 lakhs shares / 11.85%), Shri Rajiv Gupta (8.67 lakhs shares / 5.90%) and Gee Gee Holdings Private Limited (5.73 lakhs shares / 3.90%).

Out of 104.07 lakhs shares, Promoters of India Lease Company has over 6100.00 (0.05%) shares on pledge as of December 31, 2024.
