QGO Finance - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment

Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that the majority of the Board of Directors of the Company has passed a resolution for allotment of 100 transferable unsecured non convertible debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 1,00,000 each by way of circulation on January 14, 2025
