\r\nThe company would like to inform you that the financial results for the quarter ended September 2024 has been approved on 14th November 2024 itself, but unfortunately due to some medical emergency occurs with the compliance officer she had delayed in uploading the financial result on BSE portal by one day due to the reason mentioned above.
