As of January 2025, 44.44% is owned by Indian Promoters and 55.56% by Public.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Womancart company are Veena Pahwa (19.70 lakhs shares / 36.24%), Madhu Sudan Pahwa (2.66 lakhs shares / 4.89%), Prerna Pahwa (0.93 lakhs shares / 1.71%) and Parth Pahwa (0.87 lakhs shares / 1.60%).
