As of December 2024, 73.66% is owned by Indian Promoters and 26.35% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Premier Roadlines company are Virender Gupta (76.16 lakhs shares / 33.31%), Samin Gupta (43.52 lakhs shares / 19.04%), Bodies Corporate (16.61 lakhs shares / 7.27%), Ritam Roadlines Private Limited (16.61 lakhs shares / 7.27%) and Virender Kumar Gupta And Sons Huf (15.00 lakhs shares / 6.56%).
