Omax Auto - Certificate under SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018

Omax Autos Limited has informed the Exchange about Certificate under SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.This is to update the details of the securities dematerialized/rematerialized during the period beginning 01st October, 2024 to 31st December, 2024 as required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depository & Participants) Regulations, 2018 being submitted to all the Stock Exchanges where the securities of the Company are listed.
