As of December 2024, 74.86% is owned by Indian Promoters and 25.14% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Panchmahal Steel company are Honeyvick Enterprises Pvt. Ltd (105.61 lakhs shares / 55.36%), Ashok Ramlubhaya Malhotra (28.96 lakhs shares / 15.18%), Ashok Ramlubhaya Malhotra HUF (2.56 lakhs shares / 1.34%), Hanish Ashok Malhotra (2.01 lakhs shares / 1.05%) and Vikas Ashok Malhotra (1.68 lakhs shares / 0.88%).

Out of 142.82 lakhs shares, Promoters of Panchmahal Steel Company has over 8.15 lakhs (5.70%) shares on pledge as of December 31, 2024.
