The Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s. Electrolink Power Solutions Limited, UK, for appointment of the said party as Distributor w.e.f. 9th January 2025 for initial period of 12 months, for the products of the Company as per the disclosure sent herewith.
