RS Software (India) has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended December 31, 2024

As of December 2024, 40.50% is owned by Foreign Promoters and 59.50% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of RS Software (India) company are Rajnit Rai Jain (100.94 lakhs shares / 39.08%) and Sarita Jain (3.67 lakhs shares / 1.42%).
