SRM ENERGY LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/01/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2024 and to transact any other matter as the Board may deem fit.\r\n\r\nIn context to the above, please also take on record that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from January 01, 2025 and shall remain closed till January 16, 2025 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\n
