As of December 2024, 60.87% is owned by Indian Promoters and 39.13% by Public.

Institutional holds 0.51% (Insurance Companies 0.50%) and Non-Institutional holds 38.62% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Hind. Flurocarbo company are Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited (110.60 lakhs shares / 56.43%) and Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (8.70 lakhs shares / 4.44%).
