Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 31(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares Takeover) Regulation 2011, we hereby declre that we (Promoter and promoter group) held 16,20,990 number of equity shares of Rex Sealing and Packing Industries Limited as on December 31, 2024.
