This is to inform you that the Company has entered into a Rent Agreement with M/s. Daundi Biological Private Limited to acquire premises on rent for a period of 5 years commencing 29-12-2024 to set up a new Research & Development formulation centre in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
