PANKAJ POLYMERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/01/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended 31st December 2024. \r\nIt is further informed that the Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Directors/KMPs/ officers and designated employees will remain closed till 20th January 2025.
