Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Vertex Securitie company are Transwarranty Finance Limited (392.54 lakhs shares / 53.04%), Kumar Nair (141.78 lakhs shares / 19.16%), Leena Kumar Nair (6.50 lakhs shares / 0.88%) and C D Padmini Devi (2.50 lakhs shares / 0.34%).
