Daikaffil Chemic - Shareholder Meeting / Postal Ballot-Scrutinizer\s Report

Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the results of the e-voting in the prescribed format along with Scrutinizers report dated 03rd January, 2025 is attached herewith. The resolutions stated in the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 25th November, 2024 have been passed with requisite majority.
