The Company has been informed by the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (\RTA\) that they have changed their name from Link intime India Private Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited effective yesterday i.e. 31st December, 2024. The Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name is enclosed herewith. We request you to take note of the same and update the name of MUFG Intime India Private Limited as RTA of the Company in your records and oblige. The address and contact details of the Company''s RTA currently remains unchanged.
