INTEGRATED HITECH LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/12/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In pursuant to Regulation 29 & 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of our previous intimation dated 24-12-2024 for board meeting to be held on 28-12-2024 the board meeting deferred to 31-12-2024 at 2.00 p.m. for non-availability of Board of Directors.
