We wish to inform you that vide decision letter (No. 15/17/2024- FDI E.300637238) dated December 12, 2024, the Government of India, through the Investment Division, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, has granted approval for the foreign direct investment component to be invested by IIHL in the Company - through its wholly owned subsidiary, IIHL BFSI (India) Limited for the proposed acquisition of the Company in accordance with the Approved Resolution Plan and the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
