The Board of directors at its meeting held today had approved the appointment of Mr. Jagdishprasad Shreegopal Agrawal as Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Mr. Navinchandra Dilipsinh Bochare as Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director of the company with effect from 11th December, 2024.
