1. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of (SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015) and in furtherance to an Intimation dated 5th December, 2024 Board of Directors has taken on record the Resignation of Ms.Meghha Trivedi as the Company Secretary Compliance Oficer of the Company with effect from close of business hours i.e. December 10, 2024..\r\n\r\n2. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of (SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015) and based on the recommendation of the nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, 10th December, 2024 noted and approved the appointment of Mr. Chetan Bohra as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 11th December, 2024.\r\n
