Modern Dairies - Intimation Of OTS Payment - No Dues Certificate From Lenders

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Company Modern Dairies Limited has fully paid Punjab National Bank(PNB) as per sanction, OTS amount of Rs. 45.94 Crore along with due interest, as full and final settlement of all its dues.\r\n\r\nThe PNB has issued No Dues Certificate dated 26th November 2024 to the Company.\r\n\r\nThis is to further inform that Canara Bank is yet to issue No Dues Certificate to the Company.\r\n\r\nThis is for your information and record please.
