The Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held today i.e. 26th November, 2024, have approved the allotment of 57,00,000 (Fifty Seven Lakhs only) convertible warrants (Warrants) at a price of Rs. 10/- per warrant to the Proposed allottees under Non-Promoter category (Public) each convertible into 1 (One) Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each fully paid up.
