Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Wednesday, 13th November, 2024, has approved the appointment of Ms. Ayushi Bajaj as a Company Secretary and Complaince officer of the Company w.e.f 25th November, 2024.\r\nDetails as per the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoDI/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13th, 2023 is enclosed herewith.
