Please fin attached the Postal Ballot Notice dated November 22, 2024 together with the explanatory statement seeking approval from the shareholders of the Company by way of Special Resolution as mentioned therein.\r\nE-voting to commence on 09.00 on Monday, November 25, 2024 and shall end on 17:00 on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 (both days inclusive). \r\nResult of the Postal Ballot be declared on or before Thursday December 26, 2024.
