Dugar Housing Develo - Disclosure Under Regulation 7(2)(B) Of The SEBI (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Please find enclosed herewith the disclosures as required under Regulation 7(2)(b) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 received by the Company under Regulation 7(2) of PIT Regulations from Mr. Padam Dugar and from Ms. Annjana Dugar, Promoters of the Company in prescribed ''Form-C\ in respect of Inter-Se Transfer of 44,470 Equity Shares between promoters of the Company as per Regulation 10(1)(a) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 as intimated by the Promoters of the Company to the stock exchange and the SEBI.
