Asian Petroprod - Board Meeting Outcome for OUTCOME OF THE RIGHT ISSUE COMMITTEE MEETING FOR FURTHER EXTENSION OF CLOSING DAT

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors ('Committee') at its meeting held today i.e., November 20, 2024, has considered and approved extending the Issue Closure Date of the ongoing Rights Issue to Thursday, December 05, 2024, which was earlier scheduled to be on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, vide a Resolution of the Committee dated Wednesday, November 20, 2024. Please be informed that the said Rights Issue opened on Monday, November 11, 2024.
