With reference to the above, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their\r\nmeeting held today i.e., on Thursday, November 14, 2024, inter-alia approved:\r\n1. Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30 September,\r\n2024 pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 along with the Limited\r\nReview Report thereon issued by statutory auditor of the Company. and;\r\n2. To take on record Limited Review Report on Quarterly Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for\r\nthe Quarter ended on 30 September, 2024.
