F Mec International - Non-Applicability Of Regulation 23(9) Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

This is to inform that read with Reg. 15(2) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, Reg. 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 shall not be applicable to our company as the Paid Up Share Capital is less than Rs. 10 Crores and Net Worth of the company is less than Rs. 25 Crores as on 30.09.2024.\r\nThe Company, therefore is not required to submit 'Disclosures of the Related Party Transactions as per Reg. 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
