The Board of Directors at its meeting held today considered and approved unaudited financial results for quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024, statement of assets and liabilities as on 30th September 2024 and cash flow for the period ended 30th September 2024 along with Limited Review Report issued by M/s Shah Shah & Shah, statutory auditors of the Company.
