Pursuant ot Reg 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 the board of Directors in its meeting held on 13th November, 2024 approved the unaudited financial statements for the Quarter Ending 30th September, 2024 alongwith the Limited review report of the Auditor.
