Pursuant to Reg 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 the board of directors in its meeting held on Wednesday, 13.11.2024, approved the unaudited financials for the Quarter and half Year ended 30.09.2024 alongwith the Auditors Limited review Report.
