Pursuant to Regulation 32(1) SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the company has not raised any money via public issue, right issue, preferencial issue, etc. during the quarter ended 30-09-2024 and so the aforesaid regulation is not applicable to the Company.
