Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Mrs. Neelu Prajapati (Membership No.- A43403) has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with effect from 16th June, 2022. The same was noted by the Board in its meeting held on Wednesday 6th July, 2022.
