This is to inform that the Bank of India (Lead Bank) vide its email dated 05 July 2022, circulatedthe minutes of all Lenders meeting held on 3 June 2022 to all Lenders and the Company, whereinit has been updated by the Lead Bank and State Bank of India that the account of the Companyhas been classified in the system as non-performing assets on 31 May 2022.
