SAL Steel has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended June 30, 2025

As of June 2025, 50.56% is owned by Indian Promoters and 49.44% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of SAL Steel company are Shah Alloys Limited (302.57 lakhs shares / 35.61%) and Sal Care Private Limited (127.03 lakhs shares / 14.95%).
