As of June 2025, 59.96% is owned by Indian Promoters and 40.04% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Krishna Defence company are Ankur Ashwin Shah (52.54 lakhs shares / 35.99%), Pallavi Ashwin Shah (17.36 lakhs shares / 11.89%), Bodies Corporate (14.28 lakhs shares / 9.78%), Krish Industries Private Limited (8.40 lakhs shares / 5.75%) and Krish Commodities (India) Llp (5.88 lakhs shares / 4.03%).
