1. The Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter\r\nand year ended March 31, 2025 along with reports of Auditors thereon. We would like to state\r\n& declare that M/s. SHBA & Co. LLP (formerly known as Bathiya & Associates LLP), Statutory\r\nAuditors of the Company have issued Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the Audited\r\nFinancial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended\r\nMarch 31, 2025.\r\n2. Recommended a Dividend of 5% (i.e., Rs. 0.5 per share) per Equity Share of face value of Rs.\r\n10/- each/- for the year ended March 31, 2025 for approval of members in the ensuing Annual\r\nGeneral Meeting of the Company.
